1K bumper paint for texturing surfaces
Use
All types of paintwork on parts that are to be given a slightly textured surface, especially for bumpers

• Technical features
  1K textured coating with direct adhesion to many substrates, to achieve or restore original surfaces
• Adhesion
  Direct adhesion to sanded and cleaned surfaces as well as plastic parts made of rigid PVC ABS, PP (EPDM), PUR and many others
• Processing
  If necessary, temper at 60°C/60min.
  Clean the surface with degreasing agent or silicone remover
  Flash-off time 5min
  Nozzle 1.7mm, pressure – depending on the desired structure
  Layer thickness per spray pass approx. 30μm (dry), max. 2 spray passes = 60μm
• Drying times
  Allow 15 min flash-off time before oven drying.
  15-20min/20°C
